Laguuni offers a wide range of activities in Helsinki and Espoo to suit all tastes. In addition to exciting adventures, Keilaniemi’s stunning seaside sauna invites you to relax, and you can take in the beautiful views from the comfort of a hot tub. The glass-walled event space (1–15 people) is ideal for various occasions, and our menu packages offer delicious options for your group. Alternatively, we can customize the experience entirely based on your preferences.

You can even reserve the entire Keilaniemi dock for private use and create a truly unique day just for your group!

Laguuni Keilaniemi is located at Keilalahdentie 8, 02150 Espoo.

If you’re arriving by metro, we recommend getting off at the Keilalahti station, which is about 700 meters from Laguuni. The Koivusaari station is a bit further, around a 1.2 km walk.

If you’re arriving by bicycle, you can park your bike at the bike rack in front of the facility.

City bikes are located right in front of Laguuni.

For vehicles, there is a 24-hour parking lot in front of the facility. If you're not familiar with the area, we recommend setting the navigation system to "Laguuni" as the official address might lead you slightly off course.

For those arriving by boat, Laguuni’s Stora Fröken island has a guest marina with space for 8 boats. The maximum boat depth is 1.2m and the maximum boat length is 6m.

Information and Guidelines for Activities

On the wake cable, people of all ages and skill levels can try this fast-paced board sport under professional guidance. The idea of wakeboarding is to glide on the water using a board while being pulled by a cable system.

In Keilaniemi, you’ll find both an Easy- and Pro-cable. Both cable tracks are suitable for beginners, but the Pro-cable has more obstacles for tricks and stunts.

When booking a wakeboarding session, you can also rent the necessary equipment. The rental includes a wakeboard, helmet, life vest, and wetsuit. A helmet and life vest are mandatory, while the wetsuit is optional.

A super fun team game that’s perfect for all groups! Players use a SUP board and a paddle, with the goal of getting the ball into the opponent’s net and winning the match.

We recommend leaving sunglasses and other loose items onshore.

The designated playing area can accommodate 6 to 10 players at a time, divided into two teams. SUP polo guarantees an exciting and entertaining experience for everyone, as teams compete in a unique maritime setting!

We offer guided tours and kayak rentals for groups in the stunning archipelago scenery of Keilaniemi! On guided tours, our professional kayaking instructors ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for your group. The maximum group size for independent kayaking and equipment rental is 10 people.

Kayak rentals always include basic equipment: a paddle, spray skirt, and a life vest. You can also rent waterproof pouches for phones and larger dry bags for other belongings from Laguuni. A local area map is provided with your rental.

Please make sure to bring a watch when heading out on the water. For safety reasons, we also recommend that at least one person in your group carries a phone in a waterproof pouch. Waterproof phone pouches and larger dry bags are available for rent at Laguuni.

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a versatile activity that allows you to move at your own pace! We offer guided experiences as well as board rentals.

SUP rentals include a board, paddle, ankle leash, and a life vest. Wearing a life vest is mandatory for all participants under 18 and for those who are unable to swim. For others, wearing a life vest is strongly recommended.

Please make sure to bring a watch when heading out on the water. For safety reasons, we also recommend that at least one person in your group carries a phone in a waterproof pouch. Waterproof phone pouches and larger dry bags are available for rent at Laguuni.

A favorite activity for special occasions like bachelor and bachelorette parties! With a flyboard, you can experience the thrill of flying above the water.

Flyboarding is an exciting water sport that offers an unforgettable experience for beginners and advanced riders alike. The jet-powered board attaches to your feet and propels you into the air using water pressure from a jet ski turbine.

A helmet and life vest are mandatory, and we also recommend wearing a wetsuit. All necessary equipment is included in the booking price.

The massive floating water park in Keilis offers fun and challenges for all ages with swimming skills! The water park can also be booked for private use.

  • Minimum age: 6 years.
  • Children ages 6–12 must be supervised at all times by an adult guardian, at least from the shore. One adult can supervise 1–3 children simultaneously.
  • Children over 12 years old can enter the park independently with parental consent.
  • A life vest is included in the ticket price and is mandatory for all visitors.
  • Sharp objects such as watches and large jewelry must be removed before entering. We also recommend leaving glasses onshore.

Keilaniemi offers a wood-fired container sauna and an electric barrel sauna, perfect for warming up after water activities or simply relaxing, no matter the season! Enjoy a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea, summer or winter.

  • Saunas: Wood-fired sauna (10–12 people), Electric sauna (6–8 people).
  • Hot Tub: Rooftop terrace hot tub for up to 6 people, available for rent with the sauna.
  • Swimming: Access to open water swimming year-round.

The container sauna is unisex, so please wear a swimsuit. A rinse-only shower is available (no soap or shampoo allowed).
For refreshments, visit Blägä restaurant when open—please note that the sauna area is a licensed premises, so bringing your own drinks is not allowed.

mustikkamaa
MUSTIKKAMAANTIE 8, 00570 HELSINKI

Laguuni Mustikkamaa is located at Mustikkamaantie 8, 00570 Helsinki. The facility is right by the beach, next to a large parking lot.

If you're arriving by metro, the nearest station is Kulosaari, which is just over a kilometer away from the location. If you're coming by bus, bus number 16 (Korkeasaari via Kalasatama) stops at Mustikkamaa, only 200 meters from the facility.

Bicycles can be parked at the bike rack located at the facility, and city bikes are available near the Mustikkamaa bus stop.

For vehicles, there is a free parking area next to the Mustikkamaa facility.

  • Supervision:
    • Children aged 6–12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian who supervises them continuously, at least from the shore. One adult can supervise 1–3 children at a time.
    • Children over 12 years old can visit the water park independently with a guardian’s permission.
  • Safety Equipment: The ticket includes a life jacket, which is mandatory for all water park visitors.
  • Prohibited Items: Remove sharp objects like watches and large jewelry before entering the water park. We also recommend leaving glasses and sunglasses onshore.

We offer guided kayaking trips and kayak rentals for groups in the stunning archipelago scenery of Mustikkamaa. Our guided trips are led by professional kayaking instructors. The maximum group size for independent kayaking and equipment rentals is 10 people.

  • Additional Rentals: Waterproof phone pouches and larger dry bags for bigger belongings are also available for rent at Laguuni. With every rental, you’ll receive a map of the local area.

hietaniemi
HIEKKARANNANTIE, 00100 HELSINKI

Laguuni Hietsu is located at Hiekkarannantie, 00100, Helsinki. The facility is situated next to Hietaniemi Beach, at the end of Hiekkarannantie, on the edge of Ouritsaari Peninsula.

If you're coming by metro, it's about a 1 km walk from the Ruoholahti station. If you're arriving by bus, the closest stop is Väinämöisenkenttä, and Hanken is also about a 1 km walk away. There are paid parking spaces available for personal vehicles in the nearby parking area.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR GROUPS

Wakeboarding, Flyboarding, Water Park, SUP Polo, and SUP Boarding

  • Remember to bring a swimsuit and a towel. If needed, you can borrow a wetsuit from Laguuni. Towels are also available for rent at €5.

For kayaking: Wear weather-appropriate activewear and bring a change of clothes in case they get wet while paddling. You can go barefoot, wear water shoes, or even sneakers!

Since Laguuni Water Sports Center operates outdoors, dressing for the weather is essential.

At Keilaniemi Laguuni, you’ll find lockers with locks for your belongings. Changing rooms are equipped with hairdryers and mirrors for your convenience.

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before your booking begins to review the safety instructions and ensure you have the right equipment fitted for a comfortable experience.

Check-in takes place at the information desk of the location, where you will receive further instructions.

At the Keilaniemi Laguuni gate, you’ll find a map highlighting key facilities in the area, such as restrooms, changing rooms, the restaurant, the info desk, and the sauna.

Our staff is always happy to assist if you have any questions.

We recommend visiting the restroom before changing into your gear and starting the activity. On sunny days, it’s important to stay hydrated and apply sunscreen!

Please confirm the restaurant’s opening hours with the staff. When the restaurant is open, the entire dock is designated as a licensed serving area, meaning consuming your own beverages is prohibited. Drinks and snacks can be purchased from Restaurant Blägä. 🙂

All Laguuni activities require swimming skills as defined by the Nordic swimming competency standard.

Nordic swimming competency definition: A person can swim 200 meters continuously, of which at least 50 meters are on their back.

If a participant has any known health conditions that may affect their ability to participate or their safety during the rental/activity, please inform the instructor. Examples of conditions that may affect participation include asthma, previous injuries, diabetes, severe allergies, contact lenses/hearing aids, etc.
